PLUG-IN INSTALLATION
SAVE
// E-MAIL PLUG-IN DOWNLOAD: Download:
the plug-in zip file from our downloads support
site, or at: http://www.proforcerealestate.com/pdf/Plugin.exe
and specify: "Save-to-Desktop".

___ Locate the Zip files on your "Desktop",
double mouse click the icon to unzip the file,
and start the automated install program.

Next, right click on your computers "Windows
98 Start Button"
- ___
Select "Explore"
- ___
Open C:\Program Files/ProForce\Digital Office
Folder
- ___
Find and select the .PDF file named: "CD-ROM_Contracts"
-
___ Right mouse click on this file, and select
"Create Shortcut"
- ___
Copy the shortcut, and paste on your desktop
screen
- ___
This shortcut will now open your Digital Software
using your new PDF upgrade.

USING THE NEW PLUG-IN SAVE // EMAIL FEATURE
Open
your Digital Software
9.
___ Select "File" > "e-mail//save",
from the top left file menu drop-down options.
Enter the contract page numbers desired, click
next, and your e-mail program will automatically
open with the contract(s) attached.
10. ___ Address the recipients address and send.
You may also cancel, and the save feature will
continue to operate.

11. ___ From Digital Office: Select "save//e-mail"
from the top left file drop-down menu options.
12. ___ a. Select whatever pages you want to save//e-mail.
b. Address new e-mail, or cancel it.
13. ___ Open the new folder on your desktop screen
called: "My Contracts"
- Your
extracted pages will be in the new folder.
- Rename
the contract collection, and move folder, if
desired.
NOTE:
These expensive plug-ins will only work with
ProForce software products, and the full version
of Adobe PDF™, not Reader™
The plug-in will only work with PDF™ 4.0
and 5.0, Not Reader
ADOBE™ PDF™ USER SETTINGS;
Step 1. Open PDF 4.0 or 5.0 (Not Reader)

2. Select, File> Preferences> Web Capture:

___ For Internet settings: Go to "File"
> "Preferences" > "Web
Capture" Select: "Never Verify Stored
Images". Next, Select, "Open Weblink
in Browser Window". Select "OK",
and exit this section.

For slide show settings: Go to "File"
> "Preferences" > "Full
Screen", Select: Advance every 6-seconds.
Advance on any Click. Escape Key Exits. Background
Color "Black". Random Transition,
and exit this section.
- ___
For Slide Show automation settings: Go to "File"
> "Preferences" > "Full
Screen" Select: "Advance every 7 seconds.
Next select preferred page transition style,
save, and exit.

Now: Your done. Enjoy Digital Office 5.0!!
